Welcome to House of Bella Fiore! By subscribing to our monthly artificial floral subscription service, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

2. Subscription Overview

Our subscription service provides customers with a curated arrangement of artificial flowers delivered monthly. Each arrangement is designed with seasonal themes and premium-quality materials.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing
• Subscriptions are available on a monthly basis and automatically renew each month unless canceled.
• Payment is processed on a recurring basis using the payment method provided at checkout.
• Customers must ensure their payment details are up to date to avoid disruptions.
• House of Bella Fiore reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice to subscribers.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
• Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
• Cancellations can be made through the customer account portal or by contacting customer service.
• Due to the custom nature of our arrangements, refunds are not available once an order has been processed.
• If a customer receives a damaged or defective arrangement, they must notify House of Bella Fiore within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

5. Shipping & Delivery
• Arrangements are shipped within the first week of each month.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping information; House of Bella Fiore is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.
• Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier issues) are not the responsibility of House of Bella Fiore, but we will work to resolve any issues promptly.

6. Product Quality & Variations
• Each arrangement is handmade and may slightly vary from promotional images due to material availability.
• We ensure high-quality artificial flowers, but variations in color and style may occur.
• Arrangements are designed for indoor use unless otherwise specified.

7. Subscription Holds & Changes
• Subscribers may request to pause their subscription for up to two months per year.
• Requests for modifications to subscription details (such as address changes) must be submitted at least 7 days before the next shipment.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
• House of Bella Fiore values customer privacy and does not sell or share personal information with third parties.
• Payment details are securely processed through third-party providers.
• By subscribing, customers agree to receive occasional promotional emails, which they can opt out of at any time.

9. Termination of Service
• House of Bella Fiore reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to any customer for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• In case of termination by House of Bella Fiore, customers will be notified, and any prepaid amounts for undelivered arrangements will be refunded.
